Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Order Processing:

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products by Andrea D. ship within 3-5 business days. If your product is not in stock please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. All orders received after 5PM will begin production the next business day.

Payment Terms:

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed. .

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take approximately 10 business days for delivery and shipped via USPS as well, unless otherwise stated by the customer. By Andrea D. reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
